Privacy Policy

Prop Firm News Alert (the “App”) is an economic-calendar and event-awareness tool developed by Prem Harsh (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the App handles and how third-party services may process data.

1. Account and contact information

The App does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, payment-card details, health data, precise location, photos, audio, or messages inside the App.

2. Information stored on your device

Your selected timezone, currency preferences, impact filters, alert settings, and other app preferences may be stored locally on your device. Local notification reminders are scheduled using Apple’s notification system after you grant permission. You can remove local app data by deleting the App.

3. Internet and calendar updates

The App uses an internet connection to retrieve economic-calendar updates and load advertising. Like most online requests, service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, device type, and request time. Economic-event schedules and values can change after publication.

4. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Depending on your device settings, region, consent choice, and ad availability, Google and its partners may process device identifiers, product-interaction data, advertising data, crash data, and performance data to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.

5. Notifications

Notification access is optional. If enabled, the App uses the event and timing preferences you select to schedule reminders. You can change or revoke notification permission at any time in iPhone or iPad Settings.

6. Analytics and diagnostics

We do not use an account-based analytics profile. Advertising and platform services may process limited product-interaction, crash, and performance information to measure service delivery, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

7. Data sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information. Local preferences remain on your device until you clear them or uninstall the App. Data processed by Google AdMob or Apple is handled according to those providers’ own policies and retention practices.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

9. Disclaimer

Prop Firm News Alert is an independent informational tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any proprietary trading firm or economic-calendar publisher. The App does not execute trades and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always verify current event schedules and your firm’s official rules.

10. Your choices

• Manage notification permission in iPhone or iPad Settings.
• Manage tracking permission and personalized-ad settings in device privacy settings.
• Use the App’s privacy or consent controls where available.
• Delete the App to remove locally stored preferences.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App or its services change. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
