Use this page to ask a question, report a problem, or request help with the Prop Firm News Alert app for iPhone and iPad.

Open a support request on our public GitHub support tracker. Please include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short description of the problem. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Quick troubleshooting

The calendar is empty or not updating

  1. Confirm that the device has an active internet connection.
  2. Open the Calendar tab and use the refresh button.
  3. Check Today, Tomorrow, and Full Week, then reset the impact filter to All.
  4. Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, send a support request with a screenshot.

Event time looks incorrect

Open Profile and confirm the selected timezone. Event times and countdowns use the timezone shown in the app. Scheduled event times may be revised by their publishers.

Notifications are not arriving

  1. Open Profile → Notifications and request notification permission.
  2. In iPhone or iPad Settings, open Notifications → Prop Firm News Alert and enable Allow Notifications.
  3. Create a test alert in the app to confirm the setting.

An advertisement is not loading

Ad availability can vary by region, network connection, consent choice, and advertiser inventory. Retry later or continue using the calendar; core event information does not require watching a rewarded ad.
